Roy Rodrigazo Luga, Managing Editor (November 2017 - March 2020). Roy Rodrigazo Luga designed, developed, and manages this blog site since 2005 when he was still the Photographer of Pilipinas Ngayon Na Television Program aired at PTV-4 every Thursday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The show was hosted by Robert T. Rivera, who was then the Undersecretary for Operations of the Office of the Press Secretary, Office of the President. Roy's passion for photography, writing, publication, video production, and editing started since his college days at West Negros University in Bacolod City in 1984. He became the Managing Editor of their College Yearbook: "The Torch Bearer 84'" and a regular contributor in their student publication. He graduated A.B. Political Science in 1984 and Bachelor of Laws at San Sebastian College in 1988. He joined government service afterwards and met Usec. Robert T. Rivera in 2005, who invited him to be the TV program's photographer. He then designed and developed this site and continues to manage the same until today.
In November 2017, after early retirement, he toured California. Upon his return to the country, he partnered with Usec. Robert T. Rivera to relaunch Pilipinas Ngayon Na Tabloid into a magazine format published quarterly, as Managing Editor. Thereafter, he traveled back to Los Angeles and launched the Magazine's Los Angeles Edition in 2019, while continuing to write and work as Managing Editor, writer, editor and graphic/layout artist of the magazine.
In January 2020 he decided to be a freelance publisher, editor, writer, photographer, graphic and layout artist, and event organizer. He then published content-based magazines, such as Fahionista.Ph and Elegance Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle Magazines, and magazine-style souvenir programs. He and Usec. Robert T. Rivera, remains close friends until today. He retains this site in support of Pilipinas Nayon Na Business and Lifestyle Magazine and their long friendship which spans for nearly two decades to date. Today, Usec. Robert T. Rivera in his late 60's and continues hosting a TeleRAdyo Program at DWIZ Every Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon.
